Certifications
To gain the trust of scientists and expert operators active in various fields, we have subjected our disinfectant molecule to numerous laboratory tests, which have confirmed that it is possible to effectively break down viruses and bacteria while preserving the environment and people’s health.
Today BioAkt® technology is certified as a Class II type B Medical Device Disinfectant with CE 0476 mark (Ministry of Health and Kiwa Cermet).
It complies with the CE1223 / 2009 Regulation as a cosmetic product suitable for use on children under 3 years of age.
Antimicrobial activity test
We had the molecule tested according to the AOAC standards, which dictate more stringent and selective criteria, receiving confirmation of the germicidal activity against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria.
The laboratory tests were performed according to the following European EN standards: UNI EN 1276, UNI EN ISO 12353/2013, UNI EN 1650/2013, on strains E. Hirae ATCC 10541, P. Aeruginosa ATCC 10541, P. Aeruginosa ATCC 15442 , S. Aureus ATCC 6538, C. Albicans ATCC 10231, E. Coli ATCC 10536 in clean and dirty conditions.
